Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Due to the delicate nature of the product we ask that the product be packaged securely and returned in a saleable condition. Any damage sustained during transit to the customer's location must be reported to Peativer Arts, LLC via phone or email within 48 hours of package receipt. Peativer Arts, LLC will then arrange for the package to be returned and issue a refund of both the product and shipping costs.
